I hired Shawn to draw a 2nd floor addition to my home in 2019, I pd $2000.00 for the drawing, when he completed the plans, I went to the city and the city did not approve the drawings, I called Shawn told him the plans needed more work, he told me he was having personal problems so my contractor helped me get through the process, we finally got the work started and the drawings were not done correctly, the measurements were not working, since then the weather has changed and since the delay I do not have a plumber now, I am worried about the pipes bursting, this has been a nightmare, the addition is only dried in at this point

Shawn is amazing! He took our unfinished basement and our vision and made it even better than we could have ever imagined. We love our beautiful, custom basement. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone. He is extremely talented, produces high quality work, and listens to what you want while offering ideas of his own. I cannot say enough good things about working with Shawn Kelly. He was the best person to have ever done work at our house. His sense of style and craftmanship is amazing - he made so many really creative suggestions for trim work and raised paneling that transformed our living room into an elegant, dressy room without costing a fortune. Every family member and friend that visits always wants to sit in that room and look around! He was neat, punctual, had all the proper insurances, and his pricing was very fair. And he is very good-natured and great to talk with! Do yourself a favor and end your Contractor search, you won't get better than this guy.

Shawn has helped us for years with both our houses. He re-did our outside siding, renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, and took away an old 3 season room and built a beautiful new living room in int's place. He basically built us a new house! He is extremely professional, courteous, responsible and trustworthy. Also, he is very competitive and reasonable as far as his rates are concerned. I highly recommend his services.

I hired S.M.T. Kelly, LLC to finish the basement in my home. Shawn came highly recommended. I found him to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable - he knew the answer to every question I asked him. His price was fair and once he started the job, he did not leave until it was completed. He also finished in the amount of time he said he would and did a couple of extra things for no extra cost. I will hire him again for any future work I need in my home and HIGHLY recommend him.
