Dan couldn't have been nicer or more concerned on my behalf, and, arriving
a short time after we first spoke, he took a look at my basement, the septic system, and the area between
to try to figure out what could be causing the problem. He was able to reassure
me that it was not my septic system, and he promised to consult others and get
back to me with suggestions. I am new to CT, so I was particularly grateful for his help.
Based on this experience, I definitely would call Redi-Rooter again!
