Ted has been tuning my piano for the last 5 years. He always does an excellent job and is very reasonable. In the interest of fair disclosure, I will state that he is also my piano teacher, but I first met him when he came to tune my piano. I started taking lessons from him after that. He is also one of the very few who cleans pianos. Pianos can accumulate all kinds of dust, pet hair, etc that can be harmful to a piano. He does an excellent job with that. He takes his time and makes sure the job is done right. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs tuning/cleaning or lessons!
Description of Work
I arranged an appointment for Ted to tune my piano. He was on time and friendly as he always is. He did a thorough job tuning the piano and we discussed possible repair options I may need in the future. (My piano is 107 years old). He also did some minor repair to a key that sticks after a few months. He bills by the job, not the hour and stays as long as it takes to get the job done.
