Always a pleasant experience! The doctor, vet techs and staff are all very pleasant and professional. As with any veterinary service, it's expensive.

We didn't have to wait. We had an appointment and we were taken on time for her appointment. The vet is very professional, very kind. The facility was clean. They do a good job. They take good care of our pets. They're customer friendly. The vet is very pleasant and kind to our animals.

I have been going to Hebron Vet for years. I trust them completely with all my pets. They are a little more expensive than some of the other vets in the area, but to me they are worth it.

They are very caring and professional, although vet care is expensive. My cat was also given a shot of antibiotics which lasted two weeks so that I didn't have to give her pills.

We have had a hard time find a vet since moving to Colchester. We were used to an office where there was genuine care and concern and where they remembered you and your pets. Hebron Vet is our 3rd try in a year and a half. We gave the other two adequate opportunity but we were so happy with what we found here in Hebron. Dr. Valli actually spoke to the dog! Imagine - making a connection with your patient. This helped our dog trust the vet and our Hazel actually likes her vet! I can't wait to bring the others. We are very please with how she treated our dog as well as how she communicated with us. I think we finally found a place to bring our dogs (3 today and we're adding one in a month) that we feel is safe, warm and loving, and that we can trust.

I am always impressed, even on Saturday mornings, that they are on time at Hebron Veterinary Clinic. I have never had to sit around waiting excessively for appointments. They are generally within a few minutes of being on time.
Their prices seem to be slightly higher than other veterinarians, but to me it is worth the small difference in price. You get what you pay for. This is a first-rate, A+ veterinary hospital.

Excellent! The Dr. spent about 15-20 minutes with us. Dr. Beauchene is great. He is very caring and professional. He explained the cats condition and some changes that needed to be made to his treatment plan. He made a change to my cats meds and has had me bring him back for an additional checkup to see how he was doing. My pet is doing just fine now. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. The appointments are always on time and there is no long waits to see the Dr. I always recommend HVH to my neighbors.

Every visit we've made to Hebron Vet has been great. I'm very happy with their services.
