About six weeks after we filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection, we received a call from Litchfield Hill Fencing. They offered to make the necessary repairs. Over the following month, the fence posts were replaced and reset with concrete, and the sections were straightened out. The representative stated that they would order a new gate; however, they just repaired the holes in the gate and did not order a new one. We were happy that these things were finally taken care of. The fencing representative was very polite and apologetic. They were very easy to work with. I only wish that this gentleman was the one who would have installed the fence in the first place. It would have saved us alot of aggravation.
