I contacted Mike Leonardi as one of a group of contractors bidding on completing the framing,drywall and finish carpentryt work on an unfinished second floor room. Mike returned my call and voice message in less than three hours, and scheduled a visit to measure the space and work up an estimate. He asked the most questions out of anyof the four companies that bid on this work. Two days later, he called to review his estimate over the phone, and then dropped a hard copy in the mail to me. It was very fairly priced. Work progressed over three or four weeks, and Mike was always in good communication, a call the day before to inform of arrival time, and a check-in at the end of each day to share the plan for the coming days. He cleaned up after every working day. Despite bringing a large amount of constuction tools and materials up and down two flights of stairs throught the main part of the house, there wasn't one nick or blemish to be found on the walls. His carpentry and drywall work was absolutely top notch. I'd hire Mike again in an instant.
