I am extremely pleased with the work David Malane has done on my property. He rebuilt the back porch entrance of my house, including removal of the old, rotting porch floor, joists, and handrails. I was pleased with the outcome of the project, including his selection of wood from a lumberyard in Connecticut (I wanted mahogany hardwood in a width not carried at the chain hardware stores, so he found it elsewhere). The porch now looks great! His prices were reasonable, and he was very professional and trustworthy. I also hired DFM Properties to check on my house and take care of the property when I was on vacation, including mail pickup and to do some yard work.
