The owner promised the job would be completed in the winter so there would be no damage to the lawn and that it would take about a week to complete. The job started one day in January and the men didn't return for weeks. When they did return, only two workmen ever showed up. The job wasn't finished till May 1. I realize it was a difficult winter, but the owner made promises he could not keep and didn't attempt to provide the manpower to complete the job in a timely manner. In the end the lawn was wrecked and it was a fight to get him to repair the lawn in even a haphazard fashion.

I make it a point to get 2-3 estimates before beginning any project. Tree 413‘s estimate was not the lowest, but their reputation and high-quality of work came recommended from a neighbor. I was greatly impressed with not only their expertise on the removal of three large pines, but the respect the owner and his team showed to my concerns and property. I was worried about the damage to my lawn that would be left behind after his trucks and falling limbs. Tree 413 took every precaution to ensure a minimal disruption. A few years ago I had hired another tree company to remove similar trees in my front yard. Their trucks left tracks in my lawn and they allowed for cut limbs to fall directly onto the ground resulting in large indentations . Unnecessary money needed to be spent on filling in the holes and replanting grass. Tree 413 laid down plywood to use as tracks for their truck and they utilized a series of ropes and pulleys to prevent the limbs from hitting the ground. Extra measures and time were also taken to clean the site with the completion of the project. I would highly recommend Tree 413 to anyone in need of tree removal. They are the tree experts they claim to be.
