The Maids of Greater Hartford

The previous owners of our new home left it in less than clean condition. The Maids sent in a team of 4 to clean the entire house in preparation for our move in. Linda and her team were extremely thorough as well as professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again for periodic cleanings.

To start The Maids were responsive and scheduled to clean our house quickly. They showed up when they said they would. The quality of their work was incredibly disappointing, especially for the amount they charged us. In each room their were several things not dusted in which we could see the dust. There were several areas where they did not clean behind or under things. Cobwebs were still on the walls. They broke a dish in our kitchen and never left a note or apologized. We paid $400 for a job that was not complete and was not seem professional.

They did a good job cleaning. I wasn't expecting it to take over three hours but I guess it needed it. The maids cleaned every nook and cranny.

I've used this service for over a year, in two different homes, and I can't recommend them highly enough.  When we moved from one home to another, the scheduling team was extremely accommodating of our needs to have the new house pre-cleaned before move in. On top of that, there were some areas where we were staging boxes as they came in, and the cleaning team was flexible about working around those areas.
The cleaning team services my home every other week. I look forward to coming home that day, knowing everything will be immaculate. I find the range of services provided more than acceptable for the cost, and the team has earned my trust and appreciation over the last year.
I fully intend to keep using this service and highly recommend them to others.

This cleaning service did a very thorough job. They clean your house as if you were going to put it on the market (hint: they might want to market to realtors!) 

The Maids Purple Team have been courteous and helpful to my wife whose disabled, and at home when they are there.  Their work has been excellent.  Ive always been very happy with the condition of the house after they leave - it always looks great.  We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a good housecleaning service.

They are courteous and quick. They answer our phone calls and the service has been very good since day one. We have been using them for about three months and I will use them again in the future.

I interviewed with three companies for housekeeping services before deciding on The Maids. They were professional, arrived promptly, and have done a very satisfactory job in cleaning my home. I made very clear from the beginning what my expectations were and have only had one instance where I have not been satisfied with the job done. The Maids responded immediately to my concerns over a bathroom that had not been cleaned to my satisfaction and another crew was dispatched to handle it.

I would suggest that the biggest problem with hiring a company that will perform services in your home is not making your expectations clear and/or being afraid to speak up when/if these are not met. The Maids have consistently met and exceeded my needs and I have become comfortable with their level of professionalism and concern with my home and it's contents. One occurance where a small light bulb was broken on a lamp when one of the women was cleaning was immediately reported to me...which I greatly appreciated as I was able to change the bulb then and not find it later. Accidents happen and I certainly understand that. I just would not and could not tolerate someone hiding something and/or lying about it.

These women...any of several crews who have cleaned my home, have made my life easier and have given me the peace of mind I needed.

They do an excellent job. There is a team of 4 or 5 that come in and clean from floor to ceiling. They are very flexible with their scheduling. They are very timely and also use natural, non harsh products which I like.

I HAD A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY ARE FAST AND THOROUGH. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THE CARPET WAS VERY CLEAN. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE BACK IN PLACE.

THEY MAKE SURE TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE WITH MY BELONGINGS. WHEN THEY LEAVE THE HOUSE LOOKS REALLY GOOD AND I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED FOR ME.
