Excellent! It was just easy.

They did an excellent job. The sent someone locally the next day after I called them for service. They were very professional, friendly and helpful, so as the assistant who came with him.

Job went okay, but the guy kept trying to sell me stuff. Didn't need that.

I didn't appreciate them trying to sell me stuff. They were fairly quick in and out of here rather quickly.

They were able to get to our house in 24 hours. Did a good job cleaning, but due to rainy weather it took more than 24 hours to dry. Basement carpet still smells a little musty. It was a little pricey for 2 small area rugs, basement carpet, and 2 pieces of furniture. But they were the only carpet cleaners who picked up the phone on a weekend.

It worked out great but some of the grout came out and mold started to form. They are generally into carpet and rugs and I called them for something that they don't normally do.

It worked out fine they were very good. They informed me to ask for Ash and Luis to come back and do my upstairs. They were very polite and reasonably priced.

Excellent. They did a great job. Their price is decent. The quality was good. Their responsiveness was quite good. Their punctuality and professionalism were perfect. We have used them several times. The rugs are clean. The workers were very professional. The work takes about an hour or two for three rooms.

They were “5’s”, they get the job done. I did a contract for 3 cleanings and I think the total of the contract was somewhere around $500. We don’t have a lot of carpeting, but we have a dog. I have another cleaning with them and I will probably renew the contract. Just be clear with what you want done. They do try to sell you other products when they show up, which I understand. But, you probably don’t need them, just know what you want before they come.

Very well- Trevor C and Jose C arrived early. They were in an out in one hour- They were very professional and courteous and worked hard to get all the stains out. The carpet looks beautiful and we are very happy with it.

Went very well.  Technician was polite, very helpful, and worked hard removing some stains.  Carpets were damp for about one full day.  All odors are gone.

We hired SS to clean our carpet (only 1 room) and deodorize and protect our furniture (1 chaise, 1 recliner, 1 love seat, 1 sofa) Overall the men that came did the job very quickly, and the carpets looked and smelled amazing when they left. Overall, making the appointment online and using the promo codes on Retailmenot.com, allowed me to stay within budget. I really liked that they show you what they are doing, and explain it as they go. The two tech's were very nice and I would definitely hire SS again for my carpet needs. I was not interested in doing the deodorizing at first, but the tech threw it in for more than 60% off. It was definitely an "up sell" but worth it. Overall good prices, service, and professionalism.

They did a beautiful job. They removed anything that was on there; the stains or anything. Then they cleaned it. When they got through with it, we never knew anything had ever happened there. They were doing everything they could to get rid of everything that was on the carpeting. It looked like I had totally brand new carpeting. They are very good. I just showed them what bothered me and requested if they could remove that. They would just remove anything that they thought could be removed. It's very helpful. It makes me feel very good. With regard to price, I'm willing to pay the price because when they get through with it, my carpeting looks so good. They did everything totally perfectly.

2 rooms, 2sets of steps & finished basement.

It went very well!  Very professional company.  I originally requested to have the bedrooms and hallway cleaned because I thought the other areas were too far gone for cleaning.  When I made the appointment, I requested the provided also give me a professional opinion on whether the other areas could be cleaned. I was given a time window for the appointment. The day of the appointment, I received a call indicating they are on their way and which town they were travelling from.  I thought this was nice as it allowed me to gauge their time of arrival. They arrived and offered to demonstrate what the areas I was concerned about would look like if they cleaned it.  I agreed and the demonstration was done.  Since it cleaned so well, I agreed to have them clean all the carpeting which changed the price.  I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured to have them clean the additional areas.  They demonstrated what it would look like and then left it up to me to adjust the work order if I wanted to.  They recommended stainguard which I was not originally going to get but considering how bad these carpets looked and the fact they were letting me decide, I figured why not.  I would definitely use them again!
