I left a phone message Thursday night. Someone called at 7:30 am Friday, promised a repairman between 11 am and 2 pm. Repairman arrived at 11:02,quickly identified the problem, helped me empty the freezer compartment so he could get at the fan. Confirmed it had failed; had one in the truck. Installed it, was on his way in little more than half an hour.
Pricey, but I would have spent money buying dry ice to keep food from spoiling if I'd waited to buy the part online -- and couldn't have identified the problem or installed the part myself. Expensive, but worth it.

We have a relatively new Bosch dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes thoroughly, and has developed a small leak in the hose. We called Regency to repair both situations. However, when the repairperson arrived, he explained that all they do is repair the appliance - they are not plumbers. This was not indicated when I made the appointment.
In fact, there was nothing wrong with our dishwasher - the issue is probably backwash from the dishwasher hose. The cost of the visit was wasted, as I am very capable of cleaning the filters myself - and do so regularly. Now I will have to repeat the expense with a plumber.

I thought that they were a little expensive. He was a nice person but was a little expensive. I would possibly use them again in the future.

It went fine. I think they had installed the dishwasher, stovetop and double oven but I am not sure. They were great but I would never buy the Viking stuff again. It was just over-expensive junk. We are not impressed with the equipment. The indicator settings on the stovetop are stenciled on so when we clean it, all the numbers just rub off. I wondered what they were thinking. It should have all been laser engraved or etched in. Overall I would not recommend Viking; it looked like good stuff but overall I wouldn't buy it. They have also replaced the sink disposal. They are very good and very professional. They come out on time and do what they say they are going to do. They show up when they say they are going to show up. Little things like that mean a lot. It cost what they said it was going to cost and there were no surprises.

My experience with them has been excellent. The whole company is very pleasant. I have dealt with them for years now. They are always on time and there is never a wait for appointment. They explain everything very nicely.

I phoned Regency to request someone to adjust our stove top burners since we could not simply simmer something on low heat. They said they could send someone out the next afternoon between 1-4. "Rich" arrived at 2:30, smiled at our guard puppy, and quickly adjusted all four burners. He explained what he was doing, suggested some things we could do to keep the flame even and even answered a question about our dishwasher. I wish we'd called them a year ago.

refrigerator side of refrigerator/freezer had stopped working tried suggestions they gave me over the phone and when they did not work, I called and scheduled an appointment for the following morning they arrived on time, found the problem quickly and fixed it. They also replaced a control that had been very hard to use they were in and out in about 30-45 minutes...all parts were with them when they arrived. I have their number prominently posted in the refrigerator now and will always call them in the future
