+ -1 moreOne of the two faucets in our bathroom was leaking and needed a replacement part. My husband brought the part to Plimptons & Hills in Hartford assuming, since we bought the faucets there, that they would be able to help us find the right part or direct us somewhere that may sell it. The salesperson in the parts department was extremely rude and offered no help at all. In fact, his attitude was demeaning to my husband. We often try to purchase from local retailers versus big box stores to help the local economy. I can say with 100% certainty that we will never go back to Plimpton & Hills.
Description of Work: We had purchased bathroom faucets from this retailer and needed to purchase a replacement part since the faucet was leaking.
