Overhead Door of Hartford was fantastic. Troy returned my call for service in less than 2 hours. Miguel and Branden came out the next day and were able to temporarily fix my garage door so I could use it. They returned a couple of days later with the needed parts and everything was fixed! I found Miguel to be knowledgeable (b/c he did most of the talking) and both were polite, professional and followed safety protocols. Highly recommend.

Received prompt call back and Miguel was on-site in a couple of hours and fixed my broken torsion spring and cable better than new... the spring used was rated for more cycles than the previous one! Very fast, friendly and professional. Warranted one year. Would definitely hire them in the future.

We thought we would have to replace our 20 year old opener. But the Overhead Door serviceman advised that for a small service charge, the opener could be adjusted so that it would work and probably give us a few more years of service. We chose that option and it has worked very well since then.

I chose this company because they installed a garage door opener 17 years ago and it is  still running strong. They also had a A rating on Angie's list   I called at 7:30 AM and they agreed to come the same day between 10 and 12 noon.  They arrived at 11:00AM and the tech was very polite and professional.  He gave me a price and approximate time of repairs.  Ii agreed and the work was done immediately. They did an excellent job.  The door runs so much quieter than before.

Did a great job; coordinated extremely well before coming out. Arrived right on time both for the estimate and for the actual work. Did not try to oversell. Completed the work in just a few hours and cleaned up everything before leaving. Everything has worked extremely well since.

They are extremely responsive. They come out at a moment's notice almost. They do great work. They have been working on my garage doors for a number of years regarding spring problems and things of that sort. The jobs have always been done very well and very professionally. Their personnel are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Their repairs are done quickly.

The contractor showed up on time. Spent a good amount of time tinkering with the unit. Lots of banging and squeaking coming from the garage. When finished, the door worked better than expected.

IF I WERE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE, I WOULD TELL THEM TO DEFINITELY CHECK TO SEE WHAT THEIR LABOR PRICES ARE. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH FOR THEIR LABOR.
