New Country MINI

It went great.
They not only serviced my car, but also arranged for a loaner and gave my car a complimentary wash. All services were done promptly with no hassle.

I don't often say that I like going to a car dealer, but I do love going to New Country Mini in Hartford. To be fair I have not been to other Mini dealers so I'm not comparing them to those dealers but the service and commitment to customer service is just awesome at New Country in Hartford. I have been going since 2010 and they have never disappointed me. My service advisors (Marissa and Brandon) are great and know me by name and are always helpful and friendly. Whether I stay and wait at the dealership for service or they schedule a loaner for me it's always been a smooth and flawless experience. This is what customer service and putting your money where your mouth is rings true. I can't recommend them enough and will continue to go there for as long as I own a Mini!

We got excellent service and help. We did not buy the car from them but we have been dissatisfied with the service from another MINI dealer that was closer. We were having a particular problem and I was calling around to see if anyone had encountered it and what the fix was. Their person who handled scheduling and was not a technician absolutely understood the problem and said that they could handle it and that it was covered under warranty. Everybody else wanted me to bring the car in and leave it so I could just see the dollar signs adding up. Not only did that take care of the problem, they said if we had any recurring issues or problems to please give them a call. We did have a different problem with the car. We called and they said they would need the car for 2 or 3 days to diagnose it. They said they would give us a loaner car, which blew me away because we didn't buy the car from them. My wife is picking it up tomorrow. They handled all the work and have been extremely good to deal with. They are professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely continue to patronize them including buying a new car when we are ready to replace this one even though they are 1 1/2 hours away. It is probably the best experience we've had in dealing with a car dealership. Marisa was the person who handles all the scheduling and we were particularly impressed with her.

The car has been driving fine, but it took over a week to fix, and it was very expensive. Other interactions with them have been disappointing as well, primarily because they NEVER answer the phone!! Every single time you call, you get an answering machine, and they may call you back within a day or two. Appointments for simple maintenance visits take two weeks, sometimes more. I will use them again, but only because I have to! I wish there was another BMW dealer in the Hartford area. Customer service is not their strong point!

Everything went well. The price is relatively inexpensive too. They always get my car in on time at the appointed time. They have a really good staff there.

They are the worst on the face of the planet. It is impossible to get a hold of someone for service. They are disorganized as well. I was supposed to get a loaner car and they weren't available to do that either. I was very disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I KNOW ALL THE PEOPLE THERE AND THEY ALL KNOW ME; THAT'S WHY I USE THEM. I TRUST THEM WITH MY VEHICLE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM SO FAR.
