My experience with Neia and her Cleaning Service was exceptional. I was hospitalized in early August from a broken back due to a fall. I was unable to take care of my home while recuperating. Two weeks ago I called Neia Cleaning Service to come to my home for a Deep Cleaning. Neia responded to my phone call that day. She scheduled to come to my home to give me a quote two days later. Neia is both extremely professional and kind. I scheduled my cleaning date that day. Yesterday Neia and her team came for the Deep Cleaning. My home looked absolutely beautiful after they were finished. I immediately made my next appointment for another cleaning in a few weeks. Everything was spotless!!! I would encourage anyone to call Neia Cleaning Service. Give it my highest recommendation!!

She claimed to be the best but did not deliver. I felt overcharged and underserviced. Frequently late.

Neia and her crew did an amazing job deep cleaning our house. They were on time and worked hard whole being respectful of our time and home. We have pets, and they were courteous and did a good job with the areas that our cats tend to hang out. I know if there's anything in particular I would have liked them to focus on, it would be done with great care. She asked us to check that the cleaning was to our liking when we finished, which it most definitely was. We were so pleased that we have decided to hire them on a more frequent basis.

An army of dirt seeking missiles , they cleaned built up dirt and dust from places I had nor even seen in my 30 years in my house. From floors to windows, crevices, appliances, experts at grime elimination left my house lighter, brighter, and smelling fresh and new. From under the beds to ceiling fans they did everything. If you are working too hard to keep up, if you want to give your loved ones a gift, get or give Nia's cleaning. I have had my house professionally cleaned for 20 years. These women did the BEST job of anyone I have hired. They are on time, professional, pleasant and extremely hardworking. They made my house look perfect. All wood floors cleaned and I have many oriental carpets that were perfectly cleaned, down to making sure that the fringe on the carpet was perfect. The bathrooms were spotless, the tile walls washed, I would have put my face on the floor when they were done. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the best.
