1. Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. was incorporated in March 1984 in Hartford after Marc had been licensed in real estate since 1977. The company appraises, brokers, consults, develops, exchanges,helps to finance, invests, leases, and manages property in greater Hartford and beyond. There are residential appraisers that cover the state of CT and Marc specializes in commercial and investment appraisal while managing his own investments and for othersof a mixture of greater Hartford properties. Marc has sold and appraised smaller land parcels, single families, multifamilies, larger apartment complexes, mixed-use properties, retail and industrial real estate, and handled leasing and rehab of hundreds of mostly apartment units in mostly greater Hartford.
