"We are sorry [member name removed], we don't have record of work done for you or the address."
This company renovated the main bath and added a master bath in my home seven years ago. The plumbing all worked, but the quality of the finishing was horrible. When they did the tiling in the first bathroom they never asked about grout or grout color and so I wound up with white grout in between slate look tiles. The grout lines in between the tiles were way too big in the bargain. It looks awful. In the same bathroom the design they applied in the center of the shower wall had the tip cut off of one of the top tiles because it wasn't lined up properly. When asked what could be done we were told that we could buy all new tile and then rip out the first, but that would add to the cost of the job. The tiling in the second bath was done by someone different and it came out much better, although the floor tiles in that bathroom came loose and had to be redone. Thankfully we had extra tiles for that job. The floor tiles in the master bath floor were uneven and the grout became loose and fell out and it also had to be redone. They did send someone out who relaid several of the tiles, but the tiles in that bathroom are still not level. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
