I felt that I was treated respectfully and that my primary concerns were properly addressed. I received full explanation of what was required and why (later provided with written detail - none of which deviated from verbal). I also knew that given the walk-in status that they would need a day or two examine the car and get it ready which turned out to be the case. I didn't bother asking about a loaner as the garage is located on a bus line and I was able to get a ride to/from work from a colleague. They're located less than 2 miles from my house so I could walk there.
Quirks that I thought were normal with the car were eliminated with the repair that I questioned why prior garage hadn't picked on on them. As stated the car runs like a dream. Garage did follow up in more than one way - phone as well as a note from the owner. As a recent widow, I appreciated the reach-outs. It's sometimes difficult to determine if a service is looking out for my welfare or trying to take advantage. I do feel they did right by me. I also feel that my husband would have approved.
I felt they were more concerned for her than for the car's condion. I have used them for 2 years now and am very satisfied with their work and their customer service.
