"This project was delayed due to the funding, this job was started immediately after we had agreed, unfortunately, it was put on hold as the check required almost a week to clear. upon the funds being made available work commenced... Unfortunately, i had a family medical emergency which required me to leave the country. This was explained to the client. before my departure the majority of the work was completed along with additional work where the client was not billed. Upon my return, I pleaded with the client to complete this project which was declined."
