Estate Development, LLC is a minority-owned major contractor construction company. Established in 2016 and was built on one core value: maintaining satisfied clients. Satisfying our clients is accomplished by providing quality service using well qualified professionals. Our goal as a multi service company is to perform each project in such a manner that our clients will welcome our bids for future work and recommend our company to other potential clients. Our reputation for providing excellent customer service will continue to grow, as we have expanded our ability to service our client's needs by providing quality services in construction, masonry, landscaping, home improvement and our newest division property management services. Our affiliation with Connecticut's SBA allows Estate Development, LLC to provide these services while utilizing quality personnel experienced in all aspects of government contracts.
