 + 0 moreon time called before he arrived and even tho the installer ran into problems he was patient and explained the entire process. I hope the continued service is as good as my initial experience

 + -1 moreHad to pay with debit card and they could never find record of his auto pay account.
Description of Work: They cut my disabled brother's service off (I am his POA and Trust Fund Mgr) and I had auto pay set up.
