Communication between the person who is setting up job and the steps needs better communication skills was very confusing on what was supposed to happen but it wasn’t had to call to ask what was going on the app said one thing but nothing was going on as the app said was happening the group of workers that were putting on the roof were awesome very pleased with the work they did

Materials were delivered the day before, workers showed up around 6:45AM & were gone around 2:10PM. Roof & skylight look terrific while they also outdid themselves with cleanup. Their sign can remain on my property til they need it for another job. Thank You, Artisan!!!

There was damage done to my property (front steps planter area). It was totally demolished when something very heavy from the roof landed on it. The brick work was not great to begin with, but the cement around top was in place and keeping its shape in tact. The damage was the cement top was broken in 3 places, and all the bricks were scattered at it is base. They have refused to do anything to replace or correct the problem. The roof on the porch is doing its job, I think, although my living room ceiling still leaks, even though I was sure the new roof would stop that from happening. I was told that maybe it was coming from a window area on the second floor and had nothing to do with the roof. But they did not offer to take a look or try to see where it originated from. Also, one item on the invoice made me question its price.....(.1) 2x4 to replace a rotted one, was priced at $200.......even accounting for rising inflation prices, that seems to me to be a bit much!! The job took about 6 hours to complete, and they were good at cleaning up all debris, but a whole area of my garden which lined my sidewalk was irretrievably flattened, and remained that way all summer.

Great communication and my sales rep Joey was excellent and explained the entire process for receiving a new roof. I left for work and the yard was spotless when I arrived home. I have the best roof in the neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new roof

We decided to replace the whole roof instead of just repairing it due to the age of the old roof. TrBasically did a very nice job. One minor problem was corrected the next day. The price was reasonable. My only complaint was with the cleanup of the old shingles and roofing nails. A lot of the smaller stuff was blown into the bushes instead of being removed. I would still recommend this company and they have a great warranty.

We had water damage from a heat steam pipe, that affected our living floor, subfloor, and joists in our 100+-year-old house. The team that came were personable, hard-working individuals that went above and beyond on this project. We can't thank Dan, Sam, Kyle, and Ray for pulling this together for us. The flooring guy who did an amazing hardwood install. I can't speak highly enough about the guys that did the actual work. They were great. The GC and PM were easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Thank you all for getting us back to normal.

It was a very positive experience. We are a new homeowner and the person taking lead really helped us deal with the insurance side of things. Got back to me quickly whenever we had questions and resolved any issues we had!
