The installation went well. However, this company is sorely lacking in customer service skills. Their workers left a vehicle blocking our driveway on a Friday afternoon. It took two calls to get someone to come out and move their vehicle so we could get our vehicles in and out of the driveway. I also had to call to get them to clean up their personal mess. They left cigarette butts, soda bottles, etc., strewn all over the lawn. The worse example was how they demanded final payment. They did not inform us when they would finish and three workers followed my husband around the house on their last day and told us they would not leave until we paid $12,000. The office me on my cell phone at the same time. They did not want to allow us any time to get to the bank for a check. I contacted the owner who was extremely rude and demanding. He finally gave me 24 hours to get a check to him when other companies will give you advanced notice when looking for a final payment.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DID. THEY TOOK THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS ON THE WINDOW SIZE. THEN WHEN THE WINDOWS CAME IN THEY TRIED TO INSTALL THE WRONG SIZED WINDOWS INTO THE FRAME.
