Dust To Dawn Cleaning & Organizing
About us
20 years in business has taught us that life is unpredictable. Sometimes things happen that are out of your control. It is important for us to let you know that we have a job to do and are not judging our customers by the condition of their house. From basic cleaning to hoarding we are have seen it all. We begin where other cleaning services end. When you don't know who to call it's time to call us. Children who live out of state can't always keep track of how their parents houses are doing and we can maintain the house and keep in constant contact with family members with any safety concerns. Family members feel at ease when they know that we go beyond our job to ensure the safety of a loved one. Nurses, social workers and nursing homes often give out our number when a patient is getting ready to go home but can't because of the condition of the house. We specialize in helping people who hoard. Anyone can clean....what we offer is one on one service to achieve long term success. Family members often say "we have tried for years" and that is very common. Sometimes it does take an outsider who is not emotionally involved to see through defense mechanisms. Real estate agents count on us to clean and stage houses for sale and home buyers count on us to clean before they move in. Please give us a call 860-649-8511 with any questions.

"I am shocked to see a review 2 years after we did a cleaning for you. I am sorry that you are so upset that 2 years later you feel the need to write a negative review. I am terribly sorry that you feel we did not satisfy you. Sometimes we can only do as much as the customer is willing to pay for. I hope that in the future you will take this into consideration when hiring a contractor. For us to make a house perfect it has to start is fairly good condition or allow us to come back a few times to continue working on it. A house that hasn't been cleaned in years isn't going to perfect over night because dirt, grime, soap scum and mold doesn't happen over night. I strive to make everyone happy and have done so over the last 20 years. What might work best for you is to have someone come on a regular basis so that the house doesn't build up over a process of time. I take this very seriously and would welcome a conversation to resolve any ill feelings you might have."
