Description of Work: We have used this company prior for installation of wide plank hardwood floors and were thrilled with their work and professional approach!! We just had Floor Designs install carpet in our hall and stairs, it looks perfect!!! The drape on the stairs is tight and tucked under exactly how we wanted.

Description of Work: I bought a house that was covered in wall-to-wall carpet and I wanted hardwood floors installed. I purchased almost 1700sf of wood through Butch. It took about a day to rip out all the carpet in the living room, dining room, hallways, study and three bedrooms. When it came time for the installation, Frankie and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time and were at work within minutes. In two solid days, they managed to rip up two layers of flooring in the study, lay all 1,700 sf of flooring and install new baseboard (a last minute decision on my part). The whole crew was courteous and professional and the worksite was picked up every day. It was a pleasure to have them all working on my house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Floor Designs and would use them again.

 + 1 moreExcellent!!! Have a couple of future projects planned with this same company. Lloyd and his gang are courteous neat and professional. They take alot of pride with their installations and are patient when you are making your product choices. We had a shelf fall off the wall damaging a couple of planks and were so pleased with the match of the repair and were more impressed there was no charge!!!! Just don't see that anymore..
Description of Work: Floor Designs installed prefinished wide plank hardwood floors in numerous rooms in our house. They are absolutely beautiful. They also installed linoleum, that everyone thinks is tile, down our basement and installed a rug down the flight of stairs leading to the basement. The stair installation is nice and tight and well defined.

 + 0 moreIn the past two years, they have installed wood floors in my family room, living room, and dining room, and they put linoleum in my basement. Their price is excellent; they are very reasonable. I had wide wood floors put in and they came out beautifully. Lloyd is an older gentleman that takes extreme pride in his work. I plan to use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: Floor Designs just finished up the wood floors in my son's bedroom and my master bedroom.

 + -1 moreVery well. Installers were quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The owner was very good at listening to my needs and selecting carpet that met my budget. When we had an issue where the installers forgot to staple down one small section, it was resolved with no hassle.
Description of Work: Purchased and installed stair runner and a matching runner for an upstairs hallway.
