+ -1 moreWe are very happy with the results of the remodeling. John was good to work with, usually showed up more or less when he said he would, kept us abreast of progress and what we needed to purchase. He was helpful with advice on where to purchase items that we needed and what to look for. He was very good at explaining to the lay person what was happening and how things worked. His subcontractors were all competent and reliable with the exception of the plumber who had limited availability and whose work seemed sloppy. I would definitely recommend Berard Builders for home remodeling.
Description of Work: John performed a complete remodel of our kitchen and bathroom including demolition, new sheetrock walls, new plumbing and elecrtic, installing cabinets and counters.
