Zack's Pool Installations LLC

It took a couple of tries to lock down a date but once they committed to a date they kept to it. Tim and his crew (six men) arrived on time, took the time to explain what they were going to do and got to work. The installation was completed in one day including two loads of water that Tim helped us to arrange. All packing and garbage was gathered up and ready for my trash pickup. Good job!

It went quite well. Prompt service, good responsiveness. Bead-lock did not stick however, not being familiar with liner installations, putting it back in was a cinch. They came mid-afternoon. When I arrived at approximately 6 pm, they were putting finishing touches on the skimmer and return. Nice job.

Once they got here the crew, Bobby and Tom (I think, sorry too many names, he is the owners brother) and the 4 others were fantastic, showed up in the rain to verify site and parts for pool and full crew 8 AM the next day. My experience was great with the exception of their employee Rich. He promised me services they could he not deliver, in a time-frame that I was told would happen, When it came time to do what he said and quot;gave me his word as a business manand quot; which he is not even close too, he called me a liar. In short the crew that did my pool was fantastic even showing up at 7 AM on the 4th of July to fix two leaks that came up. The management is horrible and if I had had a choice would have killed the entire pool sale and installation, but I was too far into it to stop it at that point.

Fine. We have never had a problem with the pool because the skimmer which is due to the bad winter.
