Generally poor work. Did not do any surface preparation. Went right over obvious wall imperfections. Did not spend the amount of time he estimated work would require. Left paint drips, missed spots, overlapped ceiling and wall paints. Painted inside window shutters in whatever positions they happened to be. They became stuck in that position.
