They were excellent. Ben came out and gave us an estimate and was very helpful and very knowledageable. His crew cleaned everything up and were very polite. It was very professionally done and I was very pleased with the work.

They answered my call the same day despite the fact that a large number of people in town had trees down. They were out within the week and did a thorough job. They left the yard clean. They were courteous and professional

I've used Sandweiss for years and always raved about the quality of their work, but this year (and it has been a year long process) they dropped the ball so many times I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I contacted them in March of this year to have some bushes removed and start some planting. The removal went fine but they said they hadn't received their trees from the nursery yet so we would have to wait a few weeks. That was understandable, but a few weeks passed... then a few more... and so on. I contacted them every month or so and was always assured we were next on their list. Well, one day I finally got someone on the phone (after leaving several messages and emails) who told me it was now summer so we would have to wait until Fall. I was a bit annoyed, since we now had a barren yard but given how long we've been using Sandweiss I let it go. Well, Fall came around and it was the same song and dance, always a few weeks away, until finally it started snowing and I was told I would now have to wait until the following Spring... again. I, very politely, told their scheduler I was not happy with how my job had been handled or the communication that I've received and that I would like the Owner, manager--someone--to call and explain to me how this all happened. Well that was a week ago and I guess they don't care that they've lost a customer. So in summary, don't expect them to value you as a customer even if you've given them thousands of dollars of work over the years, apparently they only care about their larger clients.

Project went extremely well...very professional, courteous, dependable and enjoyable people. Arborists are very knowledgeable and the crew was excellent.

Very professional and considerate service. For example, during removal of the crabapple tree, a wood chip accidentally damaged a nearby window screen. The very next day they sent a person to repair and replace the screen. The new tree looks great and we hope to enjoy it in the years to come.

Without asking permission Sandweiss drove a onto my property too cut off the limb. They ruined my lawn and cracked my sidewalk. They never reimbursed me for the damage. I filed a complaint with the city.

These guys are top notch. I had a tree removed earlier this year by a different tree company and it was not a good experience. So when I had a couple of other trees and stumps to be removed I went with Sandweiss. I was a bit nervous on my way home hoping it wasn't looking like a disaster. I was very happy to see the stumps were filled in nicely and the wood wasn't all over the place. Highly recommend these guys. Very professional

The overall experience was excellent. It is a little tough to get a hold of someone in their office, which is the reason I gave responsiveness a B, but when you do get a hold of someone the company is great. They were on time to the quote and scheduled work. The price was very competitive, and they did a great job.

This was the best experience we have had!  We were able to get a quote in a timely manner.  We had contacted 4 places that ranged in price from $500 - 2000 for the same job.  They were the cheapest by far.  They performed the job exactly the way we wanted. They did a great job cleaning up the yard afterwards.  We had to instruct them to drive the trucks through our neighbor's yard to avoid our septic. Our neighbor was so impressed by how quickly and professionally they took down the trees that he is now using them for trees he needs to take down on his yard.  There was no damage to his yard either!!  I will also say, they have the friendliest people that work for this company.   The person I spoke with to arrange the estimate and appointment was so nice and so helpful.  If you need any tree work, this is the guy you want to call!

They can at the time scheduled and finished by 2pm and not one branch was left in my yard. 
The crew were professional and courteous worked efficiently I was more than pleased. 
They came after due to grind stump in yard no evidence of a large tree which stood in that location.
I would highly recommend them and would gladly call again for any future needs.
