AS YOU CAN SEE, IT CONTRADICTS HER RECENT STATEMENTS. BOTH AFTER COMPLETION AND SEVERAL TIMES LATER, WE TRIED OUR BEST TO SATISFY HER EVERY WHIM. IT BECAME APPARENT AFTER MANY RETURN VISITS TO INSPECT HER DRIVEWAY, THAT HER COMPLAINTS WERE UNFOUNDED. WE ARE NEVER RUDE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE RETURNED TO REPAIR OUR PAST WORK UP TO 10 YEARS AFTER COMPLETION AT NO CHARGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS WE HAVE COMPLETED HUNDREDS OF JOBS AND THIS IS THE ONLY "COMPLAINT" RECEIVED."
