All went well

I contracted with this company to do Vinyl Siding on the home, add a dormer, frame out the second floor and to replace and add windows. To start they never started on time. They would take many days off and when they did show up they would leave early. This addition has become our nightmare! The second floor framing had to be redone by another contractor because they were not level. The windows leak water every time it rains or snows! There are many times it seems like Niagra Falls is in our HOME! We have air drafts from all the windows! Since they are all new you would assume our home would be warmer.. Wishful thinking.. Not with the way these windows were installed. We now have to find a contractor to redo all the windows hoping that the wood does not rot underneath! We have seams in the Vinyl Siding that shouldn't be there and a new slider that leaks every time it rains and does not open or close correctly. I called and left many messages at the office and on the cell phone and no one has ever returned our phone calls. We are spending more money now having other contractors come and fix this companies careless mistakes! Save your money and hire someone else. Its not worth saving the dollar, in the long run you will pay more. If they come to your door don't open it... RUN!!! I would not recommend the company to anyone.
