Removed and replaced our existing cabinets, installed appliances we had bought elsewhere, the counter top was not included as we used another company for this. The HD planner was very helpful and came up with a good design. The hardest part was dealing with HD's contractor who did the measure. They were extremely inflexible in when they could do the 2 measures required before we could order our cabinets (no weekends, evenings or Fridays which would have been lot more convenient for us)- we almost gave up at one point). Once we paid for the cabinet and install they were a lot nicer to deal with. The workmanship of the cabinet installer, plumber, and electrician they provided was of the highest quality. It would have been less confusing if HD had given us a copy of the contractor's detailed estimate work up, but we were not allowed to have a copy, but had HD's generic work order description which is not very clear/detailed. They said they would haul away the old cabinets but in the contractors estimate they said they do not haul away the old appliances, this was a surprise that nearly brought work to a stop as we had a large heavy refrigerator that need to be taken out of the kitchen to the garage and they could not do it and I had to call our trash collector to send over some 'muscle' to carry it out (at an additional cost to me). However the finished product was very well installed. The final invoice was a little higher than estimated as we had an island vent to install which we knew was not included in the original estimate as the contractor was not sure how much the installation of this vent would be.
