I called at 7am in the morning and described my problem. Tony said he could look at the car the same morning. I dropped the car off by 8am and had a call back by noon with their recommendation. After road testing and pulling the stored engine code, shop assessed a defect with the Mass Airflow Sensor after evaluating about 12 possible issues indicated by the engine code. The part was ordered the same day, a Mercedes OEM part made by Bosch, but purchased direct from a parts distributor and not Mercedes. This saved approximately 50% on the cost of the replacement part. Two hours of labor ($85/hour) was charged for diagnosis and removal/replacment of the Mass Airflow Sensor. Car was ready for pickup by 10am the following morning and stored overnight inside the shop's garage. Issue was completely solved, fast and at a fair price, probably saving 50% off the cost of the repair if taken to a Mercedes dealer. Tony was personable, responsive, and courteous. I definately recommend Europa Motorworks for Mercedes car repairs and will use them again.

He found the problem in one of the many relays it seems my particular car has (Mercedes). Corrected it with new relay. Car starts fine now.

They replaced my car battery for free, but before, I have spent a couple of thousand dollars in getting my car fixed. They did a lot of work for me. They were able to find the things that should be fixed on my car. They were very knowledgeable. They did not do things that were unnecessary for my car.
