Ct Home Automation installed a home theater system for us in 2004, that performed without issues for 18 years. We decided it was time to upgrade our system with a new TV and AVR. Bill, at CT Home Automation, assisted us with selecting the components and installed them. We are extremely pleased with the results. Bill and his team handled the complete installation and took the time to answer all our questions and run through the high points of our new HT system. They are experts in their field, and we highly recommend them to get the most out of your home theater system.

CT Home Automation installed eight HD IP Camera's around the perimeter of my house and three similar cameras inside the home monitoring public areas. A Network Video Recorder (NVR) holding several weeks of video data was also installed. Owner Bill Federicks and an occasional helper directly performed the installation. I liked the high quality of the IC Realtime cameras and NVR that was used. Also liked the robustness of the NVR administrative software provided. I had a specific requirement to be able to turn the inside cameras on and off from my smart phone. I entertained three quotes for this system and CT Automation was the only company that could meet the smart phone control requirement. I found Bill Federicks personable and very knowledgeable, and the installation timely, neat and professional. I would use again without hesitation.

Fast, courteous and helpful. Michelle went out of her way to help us resolve a malfunction with our home alarm. Definitely recommend them and plan to call them the next time we need any low voltage work done.
