He's come to fix things on several occasions, and always been prompt, polite, neat, saved us money when possible. Did an excellent job of fixing a huge leak in the basement that involved wastewater which went down one wall of the basement before going into the ground and the septic. Very professional.

They are very nice and their service is prompt. They got back to me the same day I called and are right here anytime I have an issue. There was a return visit when they fixed my faucet because they had to wait on a part. I will use them again in the future.

Whenever I need a repair done, they come out right away; they are very responsive. I have used them before to fix several things in my house. When they repaired the faucet, I got the parts replaced under warranty. They came right out and put everything together for me. They took out a nonfunctioning disposal unit and suggested to me that if I didn’t want to replace it, then they would put it together. They left the wires intact. They wrapped the wires safely in case I wanted to use it again. I need to get some work done by them. Their pricing is highly fair and competitive. Their quality is excellent. They were very professional. They are in my permanent address book. I will use them again in the future.

They informed me on how to get free parts. They deducted the service charged from the total labor cost. They have also done some major repairs ie. water heater, and water line. They are very neat and clean up after they are finished.
