Cappella Auto Repair

I've been going to Capella's ever since I moved to CT 12 years ago. Bob has always provided great service, a meticulous level of care, and at a price much lower than the competition. I couldn't be happier with the work he's performed on my cars.

I used them three or four weeks ago. They are very honest. They repaired my engine, ignition coil and ignition wires. They have done other works for me in the past. The service cost was about $150. I keep going back to them because they are cost effective. They do very good work, high quality. They are very accommodating to their customers, very good personality and good attitude.

Bob did a great job. Prior to performing the work he took great care to examine the vehicle and made some recommendations. He is always willing to help his clients same some money and so suggested that I could pickup the parts, which I did.When the parts were in, the car went in and his mechanic worked on it for over a day.The work was done as expected and done right.I will definitely use Bob again.

Bob is great along with the rest of his crew. He always tries to accommodate the emergencies that seem to come up and tries to help his customers save money whenever they can.

In this case my starter was failing. I managed to get my car started while at work on this particular afternoon (after trying around 7 times). Once the car was going I didn't dare shut it down. I drove straight to Cappella's, explained the problem and they took me right in.This was at around 3:00 in the afternoon. They gave me a ride home and even picked me up around by around 5:30 PM.

I couldn't ask for better service or a more trustworthy mechanic and business man.
