Arrived within the required time frame. Gave a quick evaluation and promptly treated the problem. Glenn was knowledgeable, prepared, super friendly and great with kids.

excellent! we had a big problem with rats and mice in our duck coop and house, but one visit from Bugzout and the problem was solved! with regular service, we havent seen one rat or mouse near the coop or house since. highly recommend!

If I could give Glen more than an A I absolutely would! He is absolutely phenomenal at what he does and personality wise! He was a running a bit behind and made sure to let me know as well so I wasn’t just waiting around. He came in a got right to it and was explaining everything as he went along. He is very knowledgeable. I felt very well educated on my situation now with the teaching. Glen is awesome to work with, he made sure to tell me if I had any additional problems to give him a call and he would come out again.I definitely would work with him again, it was a pleasure.

It didn't go at all!

Arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and what chemicals would be used.  Also sent us a copy of what chemicals were used and a copy of the labels via e-mail.
He then asked what we were seeing and where and did a complete walk around the house and around the interior.  He identified several variety of spiders and ants and recommended treatment.  I mentioned the carpenter bees that have been busy drilling holes in our porch railing and was told that only active bees can be treated because plugging up holes only causes the bees to drill themselves out elsewhere.  So, saved us $$ by not treating what couldn't be treated that day.
He sprayed inside and out and told us he would be back in 2 weeks to spray outside again - which he did do.
So far, no more ants in the house and the spiders seem to have vacated the premises!
We were very pleased and have signed up for quarterly treatments to keep the carpenter ants at bay in our old wooden house.

It worked very well. He came when he said he would, and he returned when he said he would.

Glenn was outstanding.  My house was treated within 48 hours of my call to him, and he assured me that the termites didn't eat much, which was also a relief.  I recommend with confidence.

Glen was great to work with. I gave him a B for punctuality, because he missed our first appointment--but I will give him a pass because it was scheduled shortly after Hurricane Sandy, and I understand everyone's schedules were a little crazy (mine included). However, Glen apologized profusely for the error and fit us into the schedule for the very next day, and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He performed a free inspection, confirmed our suspected evidence of termites, and spent considerable time explaining our treatment options, including the level of safety for our pets and our two-year-old, which we were very concerned about. He even gave us some tips about other kinds of pest control (including spiders, which are abundant in our new house). His advice was very helpful. We have not yet made a treatment decision, but would consider using Glen's services in the future.
