He was prompt, and the brass polishing was adequate. The low grade reflects the fact that he broke the electrical brackets in 2 places and abraded the wiring and did not point this out to me instead just covered it up with tape. He also did a poor job of removing the polishing compound. After I replaced the obviously broken brackets, put the chandelier back up and turned it on it short circuited, requiring extensive repair. The cause of the short circuit was clearly abraded wires at the base.
