 + -1 moreWe had followed their guidelines and they seemed very slow moving in getting anything completed. As we got closer to closing they told us the house was not worth anything and they would not finance us. We lost $3000 after they had told us we didn't do what we were supposed to. We lost our down payment and money for inspection. The guy we were dealing with quit within a week of closing. It was a big mess and not very professional. They had told us it was a done deal and all that needed to be done was the closing paperwork and then they pulled out of the deal.
Description of Work: We had been looking to purchase a house and we contacted Brookview for a mortgage and went 75% through with the mortgage process.
