He worked with our carpenter (who also served as general contractor) to coordinate the installation of the kickspace heater and kitchen/bathroom faucets.
After the kitchen sink/faucet was installed, we discovered a slight leak from our old dishwasher hose. Tom came by the next morning and fixed it.
There was one other issue: Shortly after being installed, the sprayer on the new kitchen faucet developed a leak, but this was due to the manufacturer not having tightened an internal part. I called Tom and he walked me through the steps needed to correct the problem, which were very easy and took just a few minutes. I was impressed that he was able to correctly diagnose the problem (and provide the solution) over the phone!
We will definitely call on Tom the next time we have plumbing needs.
