I fell in love with a porcelain tile sample for my bathroom renovation project only to learn that it was unavailable. I chose another color but it took weeks to be delivered. In addition, the wrong color grout was delivered with the order and had to be dug out (then replaced with the proper color) by my contractor. This series of mistakes set into motion a delay in progress of this project. My contractor and his team were committed to another project during the long delays. We're still not finished.
