We specialize in on-site discussions of any future renovation projects to help you better understand the options available within a given building environment. Brad inspected our home. Some minor issues were documented, along with some recommendations for replacement items in the future. The roof was failing, 1500 square feet of our 2000 sqft roof had to have its plywood replaced before re-shingling. It was wet and disintegrating. Disintegration was clearly visible from the attic hatchway. He did not even go on the roof to inspect it. If he had done so, he would have felt the softness in the plywood. We were one major winter storm away from a disaster. Under no circumstances would I ever hire them again.

Brad performed two home inspections for us and was excellent. He provided a detailed report for each with pictures and explained all findings in detail. He was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to texts and emails. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone, particularly first time buyers who have lots of questions!!!
