I would definitely hire Shoreline Environmental, again, if I needed to. This company sent two employees to do the job who were extremely polite, consciencious and skilled at renovation (carpentry and sheet rock) as well as mold removal. Soup to nuts. They wore protective masks whenever they were in my home whether or not in the basement or house. Their demeanor on the job was very professional. They re-explained what they were doing for containment to prevent mold spores from escaping. Prior to the job, the owner, Mark DeAngelis, thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end. We had two companies to choose from and chose this company because they were safe and able to do the complete job from remediation to renovation. The other company would have left us with the bare studs. Also, Mark did not have a high pressure approach and was patient with our repetitive questions. And he threw in a couple more repairs at no cost since they were there, already! During the job I learned that Mark's employees were employed for a very, very long time by Mark. NOT fly by nights! They had a mutual respect for each other which showed positively in their work attitudes. I have hired many companies and this one is a keeper!

Mark came to my home for a consult on a mold problem. He was punctual; professional; and knowledgable. He was up front, no beating around the bush, listened to my concerns; went to bat for me with my insurance adjustor; and took samples. I felt like I could trust him from our first conversation. We had a consult with another company from another state, and felt like another number, and a sales call. Mark did NOT make me feel that way. I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to working with him further on my project. I am still waiting on a price and full evaluation- today was just my first impression and consult! He spent a full hour with me!

Mark arrived on time, he inspected inside and outside of my house. He tested the air quality in my basement and concluded the spots were not mold. I'm very happy with the service I received, and would call him again when needed.

We first noticed a wet spot in the family room carpet, the following morning the spot had grown to encompass a large area that was extremely wet. After finding and repairing the leak we contacted Shoreline to help up with the clean up. They responded immediately. They followed up the next morning with a quote and started the work as soon as we accepted. The men were polite, neat and clean. They worked quickly with a total respect for our home and furnishing, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend Mark from Shoreline Environmental. I was living in an apartment that had mold growing on all of my personal belongings. My landlord hired a company to come in to do his own testing and they did nothing but belittle me, and even went as far as to accuse me of throwing water on books to cause mold and to damage my clothes. I have to say I have never been disrespected by so many people until I met Mark at Shoreline Environmental, he treated me with the utmost respect and explained everything he was doing and the different types of mold there are, he was very thorough compared to the company that came and did the testing for my landlord. I was being very persistent to have him do more testing and he stated that this is going to cost more money, my point is he knew exactly what needed to be tested and was not out to make more money. He sent me an extensive report detailing everything that was wrong the next day. I have to say he was very efficient! My sister-in-law called to hire him to clean my furniture clothes etc.., he also told her it would be too expensive and informed her exactly what had to be cleaned / discarded over the phone and went out of his way to make sure that I did not bring mold to a new place. After reaching Mr. DeAngelis regarding a mold .problem which was in our home. Upon gathering information from us we set a time for him to come to the house. He was on time, friendly and concerned. He walked with us through the house and the attic and basement. He also did a evaluation on the outdoors. After discussing what was found he suggested possible answers of the cause.
