Their service turned out, very, very expensive. They did a job and did it fairly quick, but it was over $2,000 for them to be here over three hours and replace a well pump. I have to wonder why is it so expensive to replace a well pump. I feel like that whole industry is a racket and they overcharge like crazy. I would tell people to be prepared to get your wallet out. It is very, very expensive. I barely talked to them to be honest with you. I feel like I was dramatically ripped off, is how I feel. Were they friendly about ripping me off? Yes. They were very nice. They took my money with a big smile. What can I do? I have no water in my house, I have to replace the well pump and they have you by the throat.
