R²CAD (Riverview Renovations Computer Aided Design) specializes in renovation design drawings for local permit submission. Why CAD? o They provide a professional presentation to customers allowing for visual realization of their renovations. o Updated Property Card and Site Plans make it easier for local Building Departments to understand the extent of changes, while the Design Drawings illustrate the scope of the renovations, thus allowing for faster permit approval

2) Framing views and 3) Multiple side elevations. 3. Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drawings are created to scale with multiple layers and/or components color coded to define the details. 4. Electronic (pdf files) and hard copy (paper) packages are provided for each completed CAD project. Client contractor business information and logo can be embedded in these drawings. All CAD Packages are fully backed up (cloud and USB) and are saved under revision control. Drawings become the property of client , What’s included in the Renovation Design Drawing Service? 1. Local online database (if available) files are obtained and annotated. The Property Card is annotated with the proposed exterior changes to the existing building(s) and ratios of building to property area are included. The Site Plan is updated with the proposed changes and include the outside dimensions of renovations to adjacent property lines . 2. Drawing package may include the following: 1) before and after floor plans
