"She cannot remember the exact date because we repaired that toilet in 2004. We were there again in 2005 and she sent a nasty letter and refused to pay the bill for a repair to a hose faucet that she hadn't used in 4 years. We have not done work for her since 2005. The plumber she is referring to hasn't worked for us in 7 years, and we have never charged $90 for a travel fee since we have been in business. Angie's List should require proof when people like this make reviews. This is not the first bogus review that has been written and they should be removed."
"This is a questionable review considering that this $250.00 was a QUOTE for a job back in 2009. We have NO record of this work being done by our company. This is a very suspicious review as far as we are concerned."
The first time he did a repair it took a bit longer but he was very efficient and had us back in order quickly.
The only time I had a problem happened to be the night that I was having guests for dinner and the sink faucet broke. That repair man fixed it and had hardly left when it began leaking again. Just one of those silly moments I guess. It was the only time I have had a problem with their service and I had used them many times.
I believe that the cost has been fair for the work and discomfort they have had to endure in my 45 year old house.
"We are sorry you were not pleased with our service. With this kind of problem we tell the customer to monitor the leaks and call us if there are further problems. Short of opening the ceiling below, if we cannot see where the leak is coming from we can't repair anything. If you had called us back we would have made a return call for no charge."
