Sebastian Prusik called before he came and was very punctual. He spent over 3 hours diligently and patiently trying to remove the virus that had badly infected my PC.  He was thorough and it showed that he was really dedicated toward getting rid of this issue without having to take the machine away.  He succeeded and I was much relived and very grateful.

My computer started running real slow and would not boot up.Monitor went black.I took it to Nerds to Go in Guilford for diagnosis and repair. Only took a couple of days to fix it. When I bought it home monitor was still not working. I took it back to shop and technician did diagnosis while I waited. Sold me new 20'' Dell LCD monitor at substantial discount. First rate customer service and repair from receptionist to technical. All were very knowledgeable and gave me good information. Was well worth the money.
I would recommend them to everyone. A good experience.

They were able to correct and get the computer functioning at least to a level where it is usable. They actually come out to your home to work on the computer. They found out I had a bad drive and had to order a drive and will install that once it comes in. They were very good. In fact, something wasn't completed and the technician made a point of coming on his own time on a Sunday. He came to the house and repaired it at no cost. I was very impressed.

Nerds To Go setup a new computer, transferred files from an old computer, and setup a wireless printing network for me. They also made sure my laptop and iPhone was synced to my new computer. I've used Nerd To Go in the past and this is my third time using them over the last 5 or 6 years and they're always excellent.

My three year old PC notebook was running abnormally slow and experiencing some system errors. I brought it into the store on a Thursday for a full diagnostic and, as promised, received a call within 48 hours as to what the issues were. I was able to authorize the repairs over the phone and had my computer back on Tuesday. This was the first time I had used this business and I was impressed with the prompt and professional service I received. The price was what I expected to pay for the diagnostic service and repair.

He was very honest. He told us that we didn't have to get a new screen. We were extremely happy with him. It was a positive experience. He was clear and made us understand things instead of saying things in computer language. He was very polite and gave us all our options. He came when he said he would be here. It was a wonderful experience. We were very happy with him. I would use them in the future.

They took it with them and brought it back 3 days later. It has been running perfectly since. They are really nice, always call back, confirm when they will be there and they are really quite good. The price was well worth it.
