At the end of every day you would never know that she had been there.  Everything was cleaned and put back in it's place.  She is neat and clean and I trusted her in my home at all times.  She is truly a proffessional and a one-of-a kind contractor.  I would recommend her to anyone.

Karen was a pleasure to work with.  She showed up promptly every morning, worked efficiently, and clearly was very experienced.  When she finished work for the day, she left the work sites she was working on spotlessly clean, and organized in such a way as to minimize the disruption we experienced.  She was very responsive to our needs throughout the process.
Of all of the many qualities that Karen brought together to make for a superior experience for us, I would single out her commitment to quality.  In moment after moment, Karen surpassed our expectations for her quiet and efficient execution at the highest levels of skill.  For example Karen's repair of a damaged wall was artful, quick, thorough and it resulted in a perfect repair.  Today the wall in question appears without a blemish.
For what its worth, I consider myself to be pickier than most when it comes to home maintenance, so it is a rare experience indeed when a contractor applies higher standards than mine consistently and without a word of prompting from me.
