It was amazing, I was totally speechless. I had other companies that steam clean and they didn't do anywhere near the results I got from Crystal Clean. My clients thought I bought new carpet for my office. The carpets in my home look and feel brand new. The stains that the dog left and that doggy smell all went away and that brand new plush feeling and brightness of the carpet came back to life!! You can tell Ralph really loves what he does. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and on time. I was blown away. His prices were very comparable to the other companies out there. But I will say this, you get what you pay for!!! I will definitely be calling him again to get my upholstery and carpets cleaned!  I recommend him to all my family, friends, and clients.

I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR MY DINING ROOM TO EVER BE CLEAN AGAIN, BUT THEY SURPRISED ME. THEY WERE ALSO CAUTIOUS WITH ALL OF MY BELONGINGS AND PUT PLASTIC UNDER THE FURNITURE.
