Excellent work, very friendly, honest and punctual

It went awesome thanks to Carl. This was a project I was going to take on myself but simply did not have enough time to complete it. While driving through Durham one day I saw a large sign above a storefront in Durham that said Carl's Closets. Realizing I needed to complete the job, I decided to call Carl's Closets. I called Carl to inquire about his service, left a message and within two hours I was called back and had an appointment schedule for Carl to come to the house for an evaluation! Carl was extremely detailed in his work, had a superior knowledge of his work and business and was extremely informative. When Carl came to conduct the evaluation he took detailed measurements and spent a lot of time with us ensuring all our needs were sufficiently met. Carl then sent us 3D drawings of the proposed work with specific details of the closet. We both felt so impressed by Carl's details and willingness to provide detailed drawings with no commitment to purchase. Carl answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time explaining all the details of how we should best utilize the closet space. Finally, Carl was extremely fair with his pricing and provided us with sufficient time to make our decisions. At no time did we ever feel pressure to make decisions. The installation was also done by Carl himself! The work was completed in a very timely manner and was done with great craftsmanship! The product and workmanship is of great quality and extremely durable. We know the closet and product will last for many years to come! We definitely plan on using Carl's Closets again to install additional closet organizing products in other closets in our house. Finally, Carl is not only extremely knowledgeable of the products he's selling and installing but is very friendly and very easy to talk with! A class act! Carl was very prompt and courteous. 1He took the time to discuss different design concepts as well as material choice. Having used California closet in the past I found Carl's prices to be extremely competitive, which concerned me at first but decided to have him do the work. I could not be happier, all area's look beautiful and I feel like I gained so much space. Will be using him again in 2014 for additional closets and 2nd laundry room. I recommend him highly. For many years I had wire baskets, one long poll for hanging clothes and one shelf in my master bedroom closet. Ten years ago I used another closet company to reorganize my basement computer/walk-in closet but they were so expensive I was never able to use them again. I found Clarl's Closets through a store in downtown Guilford - "Get Organized". Carl came to my home, gave me a bid that was about a third of the other closet company and redesigned my closet with beautiful drawers, three polls to hang clothes at different levels and additional shelving. He did a wonderful job. He was very neat (put down drop clothes in the work area and cleaned up after himself) and completed the job in record time. I was so happy with the job that a few months later I called him back and asked him to redesign my guest bedroom closet. Because the guest room closet is smaller it cost a little less but the quality of the job was exactly the same. I am very happy with the job that Carl did for me and his professional manner.
